Technology at AAA Mini Storage

 

We have been established in Owen county since 1996 and are committed to ensuring the best possible customer service experience.

 

To achieve greater customer satisfaction, we will be providing online order of storage lockers. By July 15, 2015, customers will be able to utilize a pre-filled portable document format (PDF) provided by Adobe, called Adobe DC which will be routed from our website to your email address through DocuSign. This document can be digitally filled out, signed and submitted directly from your Smart or Android phone, tablet, or computer. We would like to implement this technology as soon as possible and all current locker owners will receive a new contract by July 15, 2015. All new customers will need to contact the manager for a physical contract until July 15, 2015. After July 15, 2015 we will utilize DocuSign to collect contracts from new customers. In the rare event that a customer cannot utilize a computer to transmit their request for a locker rental, we will mail you a contract. After July 15, 2015, we will not meet customers to collect contracts and dispense keys. We must do this as a cost cutting measure to reduce overhead as we have overhauled the facility with physical and electronic security. These expenses prohibit us from manually collecting contracts. In the rare event that a customer requires emergency assistance, we will provide assistance in cases where a customer cannot get into the facility because their key will not work, they need to settle a balance, or in cases where there is another type of emergency.

 

We will be providing better quality padlocks at 40% off retail price, without any retail markup, for all new and current customers. This was necessary due to the number of break ins at all area storage facilities.
